Original Equipment\OE tyres

OE tires are commonly referred to as tires that a car manufacturer installs on its new cars off the assembly line. In most of these cases, the vehicle manufacturer works closely with the tire manufacturer to refine the tires in order to improve the vehicle's performance. For example, for a sports car, the manufacturer can choose high-speed UHP (Ultra High Performance) tires, for a hybrid - eco-friendly tires, and for a premium - tires with a high level of comfort.

The concept of original equipment is closely related to tire homologation, since a tire manufacturer often tailors tires specifically for a particular car brand, especially for powerful and sporty models.
