Matador MP 52 Nordicca Basic is a new product for the 2007-2008 winter season in the segment of passenger car tires for medium and small class cars. The directional type of tread pattern, along with the most modern technologies used in development and production, is a guarantee of excellent tire properties. When developing the MP 52 model, the main emphasis was placed on the grip properties of the tread pattern of this model in “winter road” conditions. Compared to its predecessors MP 55 and MP 56, the tread pattern is more suitable for wet road surfaces, with minimal grip on snow and ice. The new tread pattern is designed for Central European and Alpine winter conditions.
