The KAMA ALGA line is designed for passenger cars. The tire tread pattern has wave-like transverse grooves that provide traction during acceleration and braking properties on ice and snow. Due to the shape and volume of the grooves, they have a high degree of self-cleaning from snow and dirt. Longitudinal grooves complement the traction of the tread when driving in high-speed corners and provide the flexibility of the tread blocks, which affects the comfort of operation. The central groove provides effective removal of water and snow porridge from the contact patch of the tire with the road in slush conditions. Low noise level during tire rolling due to rotational displacement of the sides of the tread pattern, the use of a set of pattern elements of different widths and the arrangement of anti-skid studs.
