The new line of summer tires Rosava SQ-201 series is designed for confident driving, especially on wet roads, and minimizing the risk of aquaplaning. To solve these important tasks, all the details from the tread pattern to the structure of the carcass have been thought out and taken into account.
The wide directional tread pattern is saturated with water diversion blocks, which contain many curved longitudinal and transverse grooves that widen towards the shoulder area. This combination of elements contributes to a more efficient drainage of water from the contact zone of the tire with a wet surface. This dissipates water on both sides of the tread, providing reliable resistance to aquaplaning.
The tread is made of three technologically advanced types of rubber with the use of silica. The use of a new material in the construction of the carcass - polyester cord, contributes to its less deformation during sharp braking, cornering and overtaking. In addition, the new material reduces sidewall vibration, resulting in a significant reduction in noise levels - an important benefit of the new SQ-201 tire.
