The tread pattern has a directional symmetrical design with a V-shaped arrangement of drainage grooves. This reduces the risk of aquaplaning and slashplenning, ensuring reliable grip on wet roads or on surfaces made from a mixture of water, snow and mud. The shoulder blocks contain narrow undulating slots. Their vertical walls have a "three-dimensional" profile, which limits the mobility of the elements, which increases tractive effort and shortens the braking distance on slippery surfaces. The centrally located solid longitudinal rib increases directional stability and steering precision. Its sidewalls feature curved sipes that further enhance traction in deep snow.
